Dreamy Organza Scrunchie

A translucent organza scrunchie in a light grey-ish blue color. The fabric has a sheen to it, making it shimmery. The color is hard to describe but very gentle and calm, almost dreamy. The size is also larger than your average scrunchie but since the fabric is so light, it is not overly exaggerated.
